Hi there! I am the person who writes for TravelxStudio, and just like most of you, I have been truly captivated by the world outside my small town since I was a child. It is certainly true that I wasn’t brought up with luxurious vacations or 5-star hotels, but rather with insatiable curiosity, stories told by my elders, and a deep sense of wonder about maps and borders.
My love and soul at TravelxStudio are a few words to those unnoticeable train journeys, lamps that go down and turn on, and shooting moments of natural beauty that feed the mind and soul in completely unexpected ways.
Maybe the times when I was getting lost in Istanbul’s Grand Bazaar, sipping mint tea in the alleys of Chefchaouen, or standing alone at sunrise in the Scottish Highlands were some of the best moments that each of them has exposed me to some reality.
This blog is all about those moments – real, raw, and unforgettable.
Why I Started TravelxStudio
Travel content on the internet is quite saturated with a lot of repetitive things. There are so many similar things like glossy photos, top-ten lists, and endless hotel reviews to mention only a few. In such content, I felt that something was missing.
Where were the stories?
Where were the voices telling about fear before a solo trip, the happiness of trying a meal that you couldn’t even pronounce, or the surprise of being humbled by nature in a place that you never expected?
TravelxStudio is my initiative to get those stories back.
To build a place for brains and hearts to connect, heal, and be inspired through travel writing. A place where the soul of storytelling can be heard.
